About Your Coach
Joshua Whitley is an Information Technology professional turned Recovery & Mental Health Nutrition Coach who applies structured, analytical problem-solving to wellness. He is currently studying with the Academy of Addiction and Mental Health Nutrition to certify as an Addiction and Mental Health Recovery Coach, building on his own journey overcoming long-term food sensitivities and mental health challenges.
